Strength & Conditioning

Jason has trained over 1500 local high school and college athletes with extensive experience working with football, volleyball, basketball, baseball/softball, along with golf, track and field and wrestling. Jason has trained under Big Ten Strength Coaches involving NFL draft preparation, speed and agility development, and vertical jump optimization. Along with personal training and strength & conditioning, Jason is certified to teach Power Yoga and Kettlebells and is also a member of The National Strength & Conditioning Association.

Jason is available for full programming (off-season and during), remote or live.

What does a program entail?

Your team program will be built around your weight room and movement space, your team goals/needs and specific to your student-athletes. There are no cookie-cutter programs but nearly all programs will include basic movement patterns that will assist your your student-athletes current needs as well as setting them up with a strong physical foundation for their entire lives.

2 tutorial sessions are included with all programs. During the tutorials, Jason will coach the form of every movement and exercise in the program as well as coaching spotters and coaches on coaching cues and proper spotting techniques so that all members of the team have a greater understanding of what is required, even while not performing the exercise.

A complimentary nutritional guide PDF also accompanies all programs (grocery list/menu).

*Special note: Programs can differ from freshmen-seniors within the same sport based on general lifting experience and overall body strength - no extra cost

All programs will be designed to improve athletic performance while reducing the risk of injury.
